Sample E85 Station Costs

The cost of installing or converting E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) fueling equipment can vary widely with site-specific details, including storage tank size, the choice of an aboveground or underground system, vapor recovery equipment requirements, and whether the new installation is tied to an existing system or is a conversion of existing equipment. In addition, local equipment, excavating, concrete, and labor costs can vary greatly.

Several E85 fueling site cost examples are shown below. Consult a local certified contractor and visit with other fuel site operators to get a better understanding of costs.
