Renewable Fuel Production Fee
Ethanol, biodiesel, renewable diesel, and renewable methane producers are subject to a fee of $0.032 per gallon of liquid fuel or MMBtu of gaseous fuel produced at each registered production facility, limited to 18 million gallons or MMBtu produced at any one facility.
