Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) Standards
The Florida LEV Program will require that all new passenger vehicles sold and registered meet California emissions and compliance requirements, as set forth in Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, two years after the Florida Legislature ratifies the Florida Clean Car Emission Rule.
