Legislative Session Information

The Wyoming Legislature meets from January to March in odd numbered years and from February to March in even numbered years. During the session, the governor must sign or veto legislation within three days of transmittal (excluding Sundays) or the bill becomes law without signature. When three days or less remain in the session, the governor must act upon legislation within 15 days of adjournment or the bill becomes law without signature.
