Abstract | In November 2002, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the first time certified a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (the 2003 Honda FCX) and completed fuel economy testing of the vehicle at its National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL). |
