Abstract | The 2004 Integrated Energy Policy Report Update provides additional analysis in three critical areas: reliability issues with aging power plants, transmission planning, and accelerated renewable energy development, along with a discussion on the California Energy Commission's progress in implementing the recommendations in the 2003 Integrated Energy Policy Report. The report includes Transportation Energy Policy progress updates including expanding the use of non-petroleum fuels. |
