Biodiesel Production Incentive
A biodiesel production incentive is available in the amount of $0.30 per gallon of biodiesel fuel sold by a qualified Kansas biodiesel producer. The incentive is payable to producers from the Kansas Qualified Biodiesel Fuel Producer Incentive Fund. Qualified biodiesel producers may file for the incentive on a quarterly basis.
