		<title>Solicitations Open for On-Board Hydrogen Storage on Forklifts and Yard Tractors</title>
		<description>The Naval Surface Warfare Center is requesting proposals for on-board hydrogen storage and power systems for tractor utility vehicles and Class II forklifts. The RFPs are for basic/applied research and development to identify on-board hydrogen storage materials, processes and power system designs to significantly improve and extend the operating performance of these vehicles. Responses are due by Feb. 12.</description>
