Suzanne Sebastian has been the coordinator of the Delaware Clean State Program since 1993. She works with private organizations, as well as state agencies, on Alternative Transportation Fuel programs.

In addition to being the Clean Cities Coordinator, Suzanne is an Energy Program Planner for the Delaware Energy Office which is housed within the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Energy and Climate. Suzanne is the State Energy Program (SEP) Manager and has managed energy programs and projects funded through the Delaware Energy Office for the past 25 years. These programs include energy efficiency, biomass, alternative transportation fuels, building codes and renewable energy. She has participated in task force meetings for the Governor's Energy Advisory Council and staffed workgroups for the development of the State Energy Plan. Suzanne is also responsible for compliance issues related to federal grants for the Delaware Energy Office.
