Andrew DeCandis

Andrew DeCandis, Senior Planner, is a Senior Air Quality Planner in the Air Quality program at the Houston-Galveston Area Council and Director of the Houston-Galveston Clean Cities coalition. He has worked in the environmental field for over a decade with significant experience in air quality and alternative fuel issues.

DeCandis has both a B.S. and M.S in Meteorology from Pennsylvania State University.
