Keith Leech has served as the Clean Cities Coordinator of the Sacramento Region since 2010. Keith also has served as Fleet Manager for the City of Sacramento since 2006. Over the last 25 years he has held progressively responsible business administrative and operational management positions within the City of Sacramento's Public Works and General Services departments. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the California State University of Sacramento in Business and Public Administration. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, the Northern California Public Equipment Manager's Association and the National Association of Fleet Administrators. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 the City of Sacramento Fleet was recognized as one of the "100 Best" Government Fleets in North America by Government Fleet Magazine. In 2010 the City of Sacramento Fleet was also ranked 12th in the 100 Best Fleets "Green Fleet Award" competition.
