Matt serves as a SCAG Regional Officer at the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) covering Los Angeles and Orange County under Regional Services. Mr. Horton is a graduate of the California State University of Fullerton where he earned an MA degree in Political Science. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Azusa Pacific University with a major in Political Science as well.
