Meredith Webber is the Energy Programs Coordinator for the Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) in the Tulsa area. The Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) is a voluntary association of local governments serving Creek, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner counties and more than 50 cities and towns located in those counties. Established in 1967, INCOG is one of 11 Councils of governments in the State of Oklahoma, and one of several hundred planning organization across the country.

Meredith assumed the Coordinator responsibilities for the coalition in February 2010. In addition to managing the Tulsa Clean Cities Coalition, Meredith oversees Tulsa County's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, Tulsa County Energy Authority, the INCOG Ozone Alert! program, as well as working to provide management and technical oversight for the energy and sustainability issues concerning the governments and businesses in northeastern Oklahoma.

Webber has a bachelor of business administration degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Tulsa. She is also a certified grant writer.
