Electric Vehicle (EV) Time-Of-Use (TOU) Rates - Xcel Energy

Xcel Energy offers two TOU rate options for residential customers that own an EV. The EV Accelerate at Home rate requires customers to choose an eligible, separately metered Level 2 charger that Xcel Energy installs and maintains. The Separate Meter rate only requires customers to install a separate meter to measure electricity used for EV charging.
