
Idaho Incentives and Laws

The Idaho legislature meets annually from early January to mid to late March. During the session, the governor must sign or veto legislation within five days after transmittal (except Sundays) or the legislation becomes law without signature. The governor must act within 10 days after the date of adjournment or the legislation becomes law without signature.
